Milford – Miami Township: Scenic Village & Attractive Subdivisions
A walk in historic, downtown Milford, along St Route 28, is a relaxing way to spend an afternoon. There are antique shops, excellent restaurants, and specialty stores to keep you busy and entertained. Located in Clermont County, straddling St Route 28, Milford residents enjoy easy access to I-275. Just 25 minutes to downtown Cincinnati, and 10 – 15 minutes to I-71, this popular and convenient area is experiencing good, steady, and meaningful growth.
Established in 1788, the first ford, or safe crossing over the Little Miami, Milford was incorporated in 1836. Currently, Milford is a changing blend up upscale development and new construction, blended comfortably with quaint homes and subdivisions. The Victorian “painted ladies” line the streets of Old Milford, reminding us that this area has a rich history. To celebrate this heritage, the yearly Frontier Days Festival draws visitors from far and wide.![]()
